In general' pondering both emotionally and intellectually, I am occupied with various
socio-political problems locally (in
not contain words but shapes, colors and personal esthetic components, I try to
translate my perceptions and thoughts into my own personal way of articulation.
Over the past number of years, I have been dealing with the meaning of crowds
as a human mass and its implications in diverse venues - in stadiums, in war, in
peace, in movements, in revolutions, in demonstrations, during performances, etc.
My output at the beginning was a direct and distinct expression of masses of
images in different situations and slowly evolved into an abstract statement of
shape and color as an internal synthesis of my feelings and thoughts that were
reflected in my work.
I am currently investigating the possible combinations of the multiple harmonies of
colors with the purpose of creating simultaneously these components.
All three dimensional illusions, within which what looks distant and what looks
close on canvas blend becoming one and the other at the same time.
The observers of these creations are not expected to understand what is happening
on canvas but to feel it subconsciously.
Lastly, I have also added a web of bright kind of stripes, which are actually loops
of stains lengthening, to turn the painting into an endless rhythm of visual images
dancing throughout space and time.
